Two Murray Rose Avenue is on track to become the first residential high-rise in Australia rated 6 Star Green Star.

Two Murray Rose Avenue is on track to become the first residential high-rise in Australia rated 6 Star Green Star. Delivered with Ampcore Electrical around a crowded roof, half-metre code clearances and a concrete deck that had to stay waterproof. Where Level 15 ran out of room, the dual-glass panels became the roof of a custom steel canopy.
