A development has one energy system, not twelve trades' worth of parts. We design, supply, install, commission, document and maintain the whole of it, common property and individual lots alike, from solar and storage to EV charging, lighting, switchboards and sub-mains.

Every site is sized from its own interval data and tariff, so treat these as the shape of a scope rather than a quote. Yours is established at the visit.
Typical range on a development
Indicative ranges for scoping only, not measurements from a specific job.
Four stages, one accountable team, and a window agreed in writing before anyone arrives.
A recent electricity bill, access to your interval data, and a site visit. From that we model your load, check the switchboard and the roof or ground area, and write the assumptions up with the proposal.
We model your load shape, check network export limits and switchboard capacity, and size the array and inverters to what the site actually uses. Where a battery earns its keep, it is modelled the same way before a kWh figure is put on paper.
The team that designs the system is the team that commissions it. Shutdowns are planned around your operating hours and the window is confirmed in writing before we start.
Monitoring runs from day one. You receive the commissioning documents and warranties, a servicing schedule is agreed, and performance is checked against the model. Faults are flagged from the data.
Four differences you can check against any other quote you are holding, rather than four adjectives.
Every home and business has different needs. We size a system against your actual load and tariff rather than fitting you to a package off a price list.
The people who specify your system are the people who install it. Our own licensed team holds the job from design through commissioning, so nothing changes hands halfway through.
Solar, storage and charging move quickly, and the standards around them move with it. We stay current on what we specify, which sometimes means recommending something other than what we fitted last year.
No hidden fees and no unexpected charges. Scope and price in writing before anyone starts, and anything that changes on site is raised and re-quoted rather than absorbed quietly.

A recent bill, your interval data, and a visit. We come back with a fixed-price proposal and the assumptions written next to it.
